Telemis PACS 4.98: Breaking Barriers in Medical Imaging Sharing

In a field where the rapid sharing of medical images is crucial, Telemis is taking a significant step forward with the launch of version 4.98 of its TM-MACS (Multimedia Archiving and Communication System) solution. More than just a simple update, this version marks a strategic advancement in facilitating image sharing, data security, clinical efficiency, and user experience.

A New Era for the ZFP Viewer
Version 4.98 introduces a redesigned ZFP viewer: a smoother, faster solution that reduces diagnostic delays while integrating seamlessly into existing hospital environments. The viewer now includes features such as multiplanar reconstructions (MPR), reference lines, and historical comparison.

Security at Every Level
In the face of increasing digital threats in the healthcare sector, Telemis has placed the protection of medical data at the heart of its strategy. Version 4.98 also introduces significant security enhancements.

In France, the integration of authentication through national platforms like Pro Santé Connect streamlines the identification of healthcare professionals and strengthens access security. Compatibility with national medical registries, such as the RPPS, ensures compliance with current standards.

Updates to “Keycloak” and “Tomcat” guarantee a higher level of security and increased stability. The database update also helps to strengthen the security of the distribution platform while ensuring a high-performance infrastructure.

TM-Capture: More Integrated than Ever
The TM-Capture tool, which is used to take photos in surgery, operating theatres, emergency rooms, dermatology, and anatomical pathology, has enhanced its capabilities by adding “Datamatrix” support in addition to classic QR codes. This makes it easier to integrate with the various workflows found in these departments.

Secure Sharing Made Easy
With this new version, Telemis removes traditional obstacles that hinder data sharing. This increased accessibility enables the fluid and rapid distribution of information while ensuring data security.
